Query about timed-turns
If you are playing timed turns and your opponent has actions which are prompted during your turn, does your own clock stop while your opponent makes their move. E.g. I have a nightmare and it moves whenever his declared target moves. Does my move eat up my opponent's time during the turn or does the clock stop at the point that I make my move? Now moving the Nightmare hardly uses much time, but think of how much time could be eaten up by repositioning Idrian Skirmishers during your opponent's turn. Anyone have an idea about how this works?

Good question and here is the anwser for you. Your oppent has the option to stop the clock to let you do resposive attacks/moves or what not on their turn if they want to.

Our LGS Press Ganger has the answer! Thanks. Now does this mean that each player should bring a stop-watch or chess clock to a steam roller tournament

Well if you really want to get down and dirty with the rules we would need those chess clocks
