Ancient City Con III - State of the Con 2009
Hello All,
Ancient City Con is a multi-genre fandom convention that has a very strong Gamer "core" (over 10,000 square feet dedicated to gaming this year). '09 will be our third year in operation and we will be located once again in the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel in downtown Jacksonville on July 18-19th.
At this time, we are still seeking gamemasters to run more tabletop and console gaming in all gaming sessions. We offer discounts to gamemasters up to FREE admission for the weekend, however, you must pre-register. Each pre-registered non "open play" game is also eligible for prize support from the various "con swag" that gets donated to us from local hobby stores to gaming companies.
New for this year is a non-traditional "Artist Alley" that is available to all Artists, Authors, Game Designers, Film Makers, and genre related club organizations that are promoting/selling their own original content at a reduced rate to our dealer spaces.
Dealer spaces and Artist Alley spaces are also still available at this time and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
More information, Forums, current schedule, and gallery pictures from previous years can be found at www.ancientcitycon.com
If you have any questions feel free to post on our Forums or email us at ancient_con@yahoo.com
Regards,
Christopher Gabaldon
Convention Director
